Leading up to Baby G’s arrival, my version of “nesting” became documenting the ever-growing baby bump that started off small + cute, but ended up large + in charge (Sweet Baby Reagan was nearly 9 lbs!!!).

Here’s a highlight reel of my40+ weeks of bumpin’ selfies:

Hello.

G’day.

It’s been a while since our last chat — a LONG while.

We’ve got some catching up to do!

First things first: Hello, Indiana!  Thanks for welcoming us back to the Midwest after an unforgettable few years in Australia.  Kyle and I are loving our new home in Northwest Indiana and feel like we’re settling into life here as a family of 5.  Yes, you read that right – 5! (us + Lucy + Buster + Baby G)

For those who haven’t kept up with us on Facebook or Instagram, here’s what you missed:

  • I moved back to my hometown for a career-making opportunity
  • Lucy made her 1st (and hopefully only!) international journey
  • We built a house
  • Kyle moved back to Indiana
  • We were expecting our first, but lost sweet Poppy at 23 (gestational) weeks
  • Buster joined the gang up in “The Region”
  • We travelled to CO, back to Australia, KY, NV, and all around Indiana
  • In April, we welcomed Reagan to the family & life has never been better!

In the coming weeks/months, I will be posting a mix of photos from the past (almost) 2 years — wrapping up our time in Oz — as well as more current images, most likely of my kiddo because I just. can’t. get. enough.  Seriously.  I mean, LOOK at those dimples!

I’ll be taking on a limited number of sessions in Indiana, starting this fall.  If you’re keen to update that head shot, capture a “day in the life” with your family, get the *perfect* Christmas card photo or maybe you’re planning a wedding — whatever your reason, shoot me a message!

Thanks for sticking with me along the way, Indiana friends – it’s good to be back!

Last month, I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Andrea + Peter for a photo shoot at the beach.  It was an overcast, windy & slightly dreary day, but these two didn’t let the crummy weather get them down – Take a look below to see how they rocked out the grey skies + misty sea breeze…

That moment when the sea breeze catches your hair just perfectly… (my favourite!)

Andrea + Peter – it was so lovely to have met you!  I’m glad we were able to get this session in before your big move over east. 🙂  Thanks again for asking me to be your photographer!
